About Dialogix FlowCraft
Our story
Dialogix FlowCraft began as a shop-floor conversation: how do we help new technicians feel calm and capable on their first leak call? We translated years of field experience into stepwise lessons that emphasize inspection, isolation, safe tooling, and clean finishes.
The “Dialogix” in our name reflects how we teach—through structured dialogue, short prompts, and checks that ensure each repair makes sense before moving on.
Mission
To deliver code-aligned plumbing repair training that reduces callbacks, improves safety, and respects a technician’s time and focus.
Values
- Safety before speed
- Clear standards over tricks
- Practice-driven understanding
- Respect for the customer’s home
How training flows
1. Assess
Gather symptoms, confirm water shutoff readiness, and identify materials—copper, PEX, or galvanized.
2. Isolate
Pressure test segments, cap branches, and use dye or tissue checks to confirm leak points.
3. Repair
Follow exact procedures for soldering, compression, push-fit, or valve cartridge replacement.
4. Verify
Restore flow, purge air, balance pressure, and validate with gauges or thermal readings as appropriate.
