By accessing Dialogix FlowCraft Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are subject to posted prices at checkout. If you have completed less than 20% of a course within 14 days, you may request a refund. We may refuse refunds in cases of abuse.

License

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for your personal or team’s training, subject to payment and compliance with these Terms.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful or unsafe activity.
• No sharing or reselling of course content without permission.
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Services.

Safety & Disclaimers

Plumbing work can be hazardous. Always shut off water and power where applicable, observe local codes, and use proper personal protective equipment. Our content is for training and does not substitute for professional licensing or inspection.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dialogix FlowCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
